In Loving Memory of Kevin Smith


February 16th 2002


Today I remember a man full of life.

He was dark and good looking.

Talented and funny, he was unique.

There aren't many like him around.


Today I sit and pray for his wife.

So tragic to lose this man who'd played God & King.

Kevin Smith, died before his career peaked.

Would have seen you with Bruce Willis and breaking new ground.


Now you've passed and I want it known.

That many loved you and probably always will remember today.

What a incredible actor you were and that your work will live on.

One verse I offer in comfort to myself and to you.


He will be remembered for all his work and the seeds of life he'd sown.

For your wife and children, I am one of many who have prayed.

Supporting you when we thought you had a chance before you were gone.

You will live in the hearts of many, I know it's true.
