Here it is a year later and so much has happened since I wrote this poem for Mother's Birthday last year. I am very lucky to have such a great & supportive parent and I do in my mother. I hope everyone else is as appreciative of their mothers as I am of mine. She's the best. Here's her poem, I love you Mother!

Words can’t express my gratitude. I can only hope it shows in my attitude. You’re one helluva woman, you
got the mettle. From all your experiences you mixed in the kettle. A scrumptious batch of life stew. I’m so
proud of all you do. It’s so wonderful to be near you again. You know you’ve got me to depend. For when
you need an ear to vent to. I’m always glad to be there for you. I thank God every single day. For you and
Dad have shown me the way. I am so happy to be free from the past. Isn’t it great we’re all together at last? Some days are good and some are tough. But no matter what, we always have enough. The light in your
hearts warms me to the core. It’ll only get better, each day brings us more. Reasons to rejoice and feel our plates are full. Among Mothers Mother, you are a priceless jewel. Happy Birthday this day and those yet to pass. The years do fly by so fast. Just know I love you with all that I am. Happy Birthday, your loving
daughter Pam.
